Yes! All items from The GF Guys are 100% gluten-free making them safe for those with celiac disease and gluten allergies. We do not use “gluten-friendly” shortcuts — our focus is complete gluten elimination. 

While we are not certified by a government gluten-free accreditation body, The GF Guys is dedicated to 100% gluten-free products, and gluten is never present in our facility. This commitment stems from personal experience — Chef Brian has celiac disease himself, and our entire operation is built around creating safe, delicious food for those who need to avoid gluten. We take every precaution to ensure our products meet the strictest standards for gluten-free safety. 

While our core product line is entirely gluten-free, we can prepare non-gluten-free items for offsite event catering only. Chef Brian ensures safe food handling and separation of gluten-containing products to protect gluten-free guests. 

Orders are placed by simply sending us an email. Feel free to include any extra dietary restrictions and we can ensure food safety for everyone.

Yes — we offer free delivery in the Sarnia area (within Confederation St, Highway 40, and Lakeshore Ave) on orders over $50. Orders outside this zone start at a $10 delivery fee. 

Orders typically take up to one week to process. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Our products are made fresh from scratch but certainly can be frozen if requested.  Pizzas are frozen for vacuum sealing purposes.  All of our products are designed to freeze well.

Yes! We cater to a variety of events. Anything from backyard BBQs to weddings. While we specialize in gluten-free cuisine, our offsite catering can include all types of dishes, depending on the client’s needs. 

Absolutely. If you have a special request (dietary restrictions, portion sizes, event menus, etc.), feel free to include it in your order form or contact us directly. We do our best to accommodate.
